Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter gives you all platform connections and daily spend reports for a single Shopify store. Pro adds marketing attribution, Customer LTV, Product P&L, landing page builder, and A/B testing — the full analytics suite. Most ecommerce operators who want to understand true ROAS per channel choose Pro.
When do I need the Business plan?
Business is for operators running multiple Shopify stores, or anyone who needs team access, agency reporting, or centralised billing. It supports up to 3 stores and 2 team members with role management.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is fully preserved and you can upgrade at any time. If you don't upgrade, app access is paused but your data is kept safe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. To downgrade to Starter, contact support.
How does Shopify connect?
Connect your Shopify store via OAuth in one click. RevHapi syncs your orders, revenue, and UTM data automatically — no manual exports needed.
Is HapiGuard included in all plans?
Yes — every paid plan includes HapiGuard click protection. The HapiGuard WordPress plugin is free for anyone and provides real-time invalid click blocking with no account needed. Connecting a RevHapi plan adds cloud features: Starter unlocks blocked visitor details and country geo-blocking, Pro adds device ID / OS / IP blocking, anomaly email alerts and an advanced geo allow-list, and Business adds multi-site management.
Do I need to pay to use the HapiGuard plugin?
No. The HapiGuard plugin works entirely client-side with no API key required — install it from WordPress.org and it protects your ads immediately. A RevHapi plan is only needed if you want cloud intelligence such as live analytics, geo-blocking, device fingerprinting and anomaly alerts.
Is billing monthly or annual?
All plans are billed monthly with no annual commitment required. Cancel any time from your account settings.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from account settings any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
